Who's the cutest girl around?

I am a mom of a cutie pie (very biased). And I wanted to share my experiences with others (including my cuties grandparents, great-grandparents, numerous uncles and other relatives). I love being a mom and can't imagine doing anything else.

Great.

I want to give a great big thank you to all the yard sale helpers (Pa, Gigi, John, James, Carol, Ann, Marmie, Pete, Trish and Lisa) We couldn't have done it without you. Also a big thanks to all the people who donated items. We had an extremely busy but fruitful day. People started to stop by at 6:20 am as we were pulling the first boxes out of the garage and we had made half of the total sale before 8 am (when we officially opened for business). We were able to make $750!!! Can't wait to donate it all to the Leukemia & Lymphoma society! In 2 weeks Jackson's parents will be selling all the things we had left plus a ton of stuff they collected themselves in Lebonan. Hopefully they will be just as successful and we will be able to make a great donation. We are definetly going to make this an annual thing!

Emily-

I am sure Livi is beaming from Heaven..........

I Will Carry You

There were photographs I wanted to take
Things I wanted to show you
Sing sweet lullabies, wipe your teary eyes
Who could love you like this?

People say that I am brave but I'm not
Truth is I'm barely hanging on
But there's a greater story
Written long before me
Because He loves you like this

So I will carry you
While your heart beats here
Long beyond the empty cradle
Through the coming years
I will carry you
All my life
And I will praise the One Who's chosen me
To carry you

Such a short time
Such a long road
All this madness
But I know
That the silence
Has brought me to His voice
And He says...

I've shown her photographs of time beginning
Walked her through the parted seas
Angel lullabies, no more teary eyes
Who could love her like this?

I will carry you
While your heart beats here
Long beyond the empty cradle
Through the coming years
I will carry you
All your life
And I will praise the One Who's chosen Me
To carry you

It was great helping out - sorry for the five trips to drop off things. Your energy is contagious. Can't get over how much stuff was sold.

I hope that Carol got "high bid" on the etiquette book - that was a hoot - just the laughs from it was worth donating it.

Blessings -
Anne

I'm glad it went well. I'm very happy with my new white mixing bowl, white basket, teddy bear and extra wide pretty ribbon that I bought!

Emily, YOU ROCK!

You had an amazing garage sale (where I, myself, managed to benefit from great purchases) and you are an absolutely incredible party planner. Dan & I both said you need to make that a full time gig, Sister! (the party planning, not so much the garage sale!)
