I am a mom of a cutie pie (very biased). And I wanted to share my experiences with others (including my cuties grandparents, great-grandparents, numerous uncles and other relatives). I love being a mom and can't imagine doing anything else.
After a few stitches in her leg Marmie WALKED out of the hospital. Thank you, God. The Allen's have not had car accidents before this time. Maybe we are all a little preoccupied...although Marmie's accident wasn't her fault. Someone ran a red light.

That is so great! Remember that for some reason, that we will never now, the Lord had all these things happen to your family. God is there for you, so remember to call out to him. I am praying for your family every day.

Am praying for for a good blood count today (lower numbers). So sorry to hear Marmie got in an accident, but what a blessing it turned out alright. Lest you feel like there is a big black cloud over your head, I got a call from one of my dearest friends in this area yesterday that she and her entire family got in an awful wreck on a trip this past weekend. The vehicle flipped and all seven people in the accident survived (bruises, lacerations, and all).
I don't know what is going on with all the car wrecks lately, but I am sure praising God that not one I have heard about yet has involved a fatality.
I am on a mad hunt on here for a bible verse I read one day in the comment section of your blog. I thought I would share it with my friend who was in the car accident, but now that I search for it, I can't find it. It was the one about nothing being outside God control. I am guessing from my recollection it was in Phillipians. Back to searching....

Emily, this blog is such a blessing to so many. It is helping all of us to walk a little closer to the Lord and to understand His nature as best as we fragile, mortal humans can.

The Allen's hadn't had car accidents? That black escort had an aura that said "hit me". Howeever, since Marmie was hit by a little old woman in a big SUV, and she (the lol) was sited on the spot...
I think you meant to say the allen's hadn't had an accident that week! MOM
