I am a mom of a cutie pie (very biased). And I wanted to share my experiences with others (including my cuties grandparents, great-grandparents, numerous uncles and other relatives). I love being a mom and can't imagine doing anything else.Day 3
As of 8 am we are back on food. Woo hoo. She was so happy and hyper all morning and wanting to eat everything in sight. So cute. She ate sweet potato puffs, bread and a banana. She's not even that big a fan of those foods. But she loved them and kept wanting more. Then we got to walk down to the play room. Livi took the trip in a wooden cart. Once there we decorated cookies (she did more eating then decorating). She is going to be one tired girlie this afternoon. They will be removing her drain later this afternoon. Please pray it goes quickly and easily. It can pinch (obviously) and might be pretty scary having a bunch of doctors around again. I'll update more later.

Maybe she'll acquire tastes for different foods this way! Time to experiment. She's got a big girl appetite. Send in the Big Mac ;-)Yippee. Praying for seamless drain removal. Keep on updating.

So glad to know everything is going so well for Alivia. Just wanted you to know that I have been thinking of you all. What a little trooper! It's so amazing how great kids are...we'd probably still be laying in bed sleeping and whining and she's off decorating cookies. So glad to hear it!
Praying for safe, quick and painless as possible removal of the drain tube....
I love happy, hyper, hungry Livi! Decorating cookies sounds especially fun...and eating them. It just sounds like there are so many great things right now.
