I am a mom of a cutie pie (very biased). And I wanted to share my experiences with others (including my cuties grandparents, great-grandparents, numerous uncles and other relatives). I love being a mom and can't imagine doing anything else.Long long long
Today was a long day. The Echo went fine. The counts were bad and the CT was supposed to start at 1 and didn't start till after 2:20. It was a day at the hospital as usual. I've realized there aren't really great hospital visits. There are okay visits but you're still in the hospital instead of somewhere fun...like home. Regardless we made it home, exhausted. Expect Alivia of course. They warned that she would be very tired and probably sleep a lot this evening. Besides the 15 min nap on the way home she is wide awake. I finally let her lay in her bed for a bit. I am drained. She's totally content to lay in bed for a bit and talk to her animals but I have a feeling I'll need to go get her any moment now.
Here WBC went up to 96 (from 54) her RBC's came down to 10.5 (from 11) and her platelets dropped the whole way to 86...yikes (from 240). Needless to say thats not good.

Boy, I hate those stinking numbers. I was praying for so much else, I forgot about them. Good thing Livi doesn't know, it only seems to make her cuter to me. See ya...Love, Mom

Thank you for blessing my day with such a treat(video) It took me back to when Beth was 2 and she used to talk just like that all the time. Every once in a blue moon we would catch a word and realize that she was telling us about something funny that had happened to her that day. Sometimes it took weeks, then all of a sudden it would dawn on us what she had said and we'd get so tickled. How blessed we are to have little girls around to keep us up to date and in the know! (Beth still does this for us all the time and she's 26!)
