Who's the cutest girl around?

I am a mom of a cutie pie (very biased). And I wanted to share my experiences with others (including my cuties grandparents, great-grandparents, numerous uncles and other relatives). I love being a mom and can't imagine doing anything else.

I'm jealous!
I'm soooo "un-creative"! I even quit crocheting afghans because I have no imagination...brown row, tan row, brown row, tan row...
Such cheery paintings! Good job, Emily! Always love seeing the pix.

Still praying!

I see in your future, when Livi is so completely healed you won't even be able to remember these days, you going back with her and painting windows for other children there. You are using a gift you have for God's glory. You are cheering up countless children, and making Livi's stay as fun as possible.
Praying all of these new symptoms clear up with the diagnosis QUICKLY.
Stay stong by leaning on the Lord.

This morning I was reminded of something you said a few months ago regarding the possible side effects of the transplant, and I was so encouraged to remember. You said

*See all the things my God is going to overcome? Won't we be so amazed by His goodness and might. I am excited for the day when I can look around and say "look at how far we have been carried"*

I was encouraged then, and I am encouraged now. We are crying out to God, like the persistent widow, to heal Alivia and remove this GVHD, to cause these T cells to stop attacking and to work with her body to make a Super Immune system!

We will be amazed at His goodness and might!

Emily,
I love the paintings! And I, too, thought the princesses were stickers, so now I'm gonna go back and get another good look! :) Very, very gifted. Sometimes it's hard to understand how and why God gives us these giftings. It's such an extra special blessing of His that leaves me speechless. He delights when we use them and how good of Him to create us to delight in using them, too! :) I'm so glad He's blessed you with this gift if only for this time to help cheer up the atmosphere for Livi and hopefully for you, too! :)

I noticed the ng tube is in the other nostril. I am guessing that you had to go through that whole difficult ordeal all over again. I am so sorry.

Livi's picture is on my computer and every time I turn my computer on or look at my computer I see her precious face and pray for her. (I spend many hours on my computer daily - so know that I am praying for you all a lot.)
